Enclave is in the spotlight again with a feature today on Brisbane Development, featuring wise words from our very own, director Mason Cowle.
The buildings’ orientation and the interior design of each residence seeks to maximise the sites great offerings such as spectacular views to the bay.
“Our brief was to design a premium product that would appeal to the discerning owner occupier market.
The emphasis was not on maximising yield but rather to design a landmark development that would be considered iconic for years to come.
The site’s shape & elevation influenced the creation of three distinct buildings, each orientated towards the spectacular bay views. The tri level townhouses are the perfect transition from the traditional residential dwellings closest to the bay. As the site elevates towards Bay Terrace, additional height was allowed, which was perfect for the elevated apartment buildings that capture their share of the bay & island aspect.
While each building has its own unique characteristics, they are all connected by complimentary architectural elements which tie the project together. We have been able to achieve all of this while providing great amenity with two recreation areas that have a pool, bbq facilities and a rooftop that showcases un-interrupted views of Moreton Bay. A feature of the design is a boardwalk designed to connect the townhouses to the pool recreation area that draws its inspiration from the Wynnum Mangrove Boardwalk.
